Custom chain manufacturing is a production service for industrial applications in which standard chains are inadequate in terms of size, connection design or load capacity. Project-specific chain solutions are developed by taking into account the machine design, operating environment, load to be carried and motion system.

Chains used on production lines can wear, elongate or lose their mechanical properties over time. For chains used in some machines, there may be no equivalent in standard product ranges. Custom chain production based on a sample may be required, particularly for older machines, custom-designed conveyor systems and equipment whose manufacturer is no longer in business.
